All attendees must be 18 years of age or over at the time of attending either the wine tour or wine tasting.
It is the responsibility of all people attending either a wine tour or wine tasting to have provided for themselves adequate personal insurance. It is not the responsibility of wineweinvinovin if you sustain injury , cuts or bruises over the duration of an event to yourself.
Due to uneven surfaces, our tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all events must be paid for in advance.
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of your scheduled wine experience, a full refund of the ticket price will be returned.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of your scheduled wine experience, a 50 percent refund of the ticket price will be returned.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of your scheduled wine experience, no refund will be returned.
Failure to attend a wine activity will result in no refunds, credits, or transfers.
We accept no responsibility for alcohol consumption before, during and the after event has finished.
We do not provide food on our tours, although we will be only too happy to recommend restaurants etc. We accept no responsibility for the consumption and any resultant side affects of food etc consumed that you may experience.
In the event of bad weather, unsafe driving conditions or advice by the authorities not to drive in the area, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule our wine tour.
In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or tour. We will refund payment in full if no alternative event is acceptable.
We reserve the right to change the venue of any event/wine tour to one of equal or superior quality (within the same area).
We reserve the right to ask any person(s) to leave any activity if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to other guests.
We do not accept responsibility for any valuables left in our vehicle, these are at your own risk.
We require a minimum tour group size of 2 people per excursion.
We do not accept any responsibility for damage or destruction to property during the course of our wine tours. Any breakages etc must be paid for by the perpetrator(s). Failure to comply will result in their contact details being made known to the claimants and authorities.
For Corporate events, a non – refundable deposit is payable to secure the date and the remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event is due to begin.
Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the event. Our invoice will be based on these numbers as a minimum and the cost of any additional guests attending will be detailed on the final invoice if applicable.
